This question has many variables to consider before a definitive answer can be given. Regular clients range from 6 months to 3 years with an average of 15 months between house wash. The clients that require a 6 monthly wash are usually more concerned about dust and road grime. When you live on a busy road you will find that a fine oily dust settles on the house. This can quickly become ingrained in the paintwork and will continue to leach out even after the house has been washed. The fascination with this type of grime is that even with a piece of material (like a shirt) there will be nothing more that will come off by simply wiping it and we can see that our process will not get it any better. However as your fingers are like mini scrubbers you will find that it will dislodge more and more grime. This is also true for some houses after the recent dust storms. This has been an increasing problem and over the 2011 to 2012 financial year we have experienced that 1 in 1200 houses we wash have display this issue. The longer the dust settles on your home the more time it has to become embedded in the paintwork.
